This basement had a toilet right next to the furnace, complete with roll of toilet paper on the floor. The shower stall was on the other side of the basement, on an adjacent wall to the one pictured. There were also jumping spiders and broken asbestos floor tiles right next to a fairly deep crawl-space opening. You can almost see the ghost.

Definitely too expensive, this one.

One of the cheaper houses in Brentwood. Definitely a house w/ potential. However, it sold very recently. Damn.

House 2's backyard was much larger than 1's.

This one had virtually no front porch.
